Feb 11, 2015#0183;#32;I have a very old Kent Owens 114 horizontal mill that i am needing to run. It has been in our shop for years and has not been ran in a while. It works in rapid feed, but when placed in normal feed, the motor bogs down. Slides and gibs are all clean and move freely by hand.
